OtterBase’s Adam Pergram, a Technical Recruiter out of Nashville, Tennessee, recently partnered with the Nashville Career Advancement Center (NCAC) to help provide insight to job seekers on how to successfully work with staffing agencies during their job hunt. The Nashville Career Advancement Center helps job seekers by providing professional counseling services, networking events, among other resources to promote workforce and economic development. In one of the largest attended events this year, Adam presented on the best practices for working with a staffing agency and what expectations a job seeker should have for the agency that represents them. Adam states, “I am lucky to have a position at OtterBase that provides a service to the community; a service that I do not take lightly.  Partnering with the NCAC was a natural choice as both OtterBase and NCAC focus on providing a positive and productive experience for every individual.”
