Technical Recruiter
Molly Larson is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role, Molly's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Molly was a service coordinator at Coles Salon in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Molly attended college at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Family Social Sciences. Throughout college she was very active in her sorority, Pi Beta Phi, and served as the Chapter Vice President, as well at the VP of Communications. Outside of work, Molly spends most of her time with her friends and family. Molly enjoys meeting up with college friends at sporting events and spending weekends at her cabin up north in Pequot Lakes, MN. She also loves to read, go to movies, and enjoys staying active!
